Yes, you can add your logo to the box or USB, depending on the product.
You can do this in two ways:
1. Use the yellow “PERSONALIZE ONLINE & ADD TO CART” button to create your personalization directly on the product.
2. Choose the engraving option when placing your order and send your logo to service@nzhandicraft.com. Please include your order number in the email subject line.

Once we receive your order, our team immediately starts the personalization process. We take great care in customizing your product to ensure it meets your expectations. The preparation for shipment typically takes 1-3 business days, during which we engrave, assemble, and carefully package your order for safe delivery. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Yes, we are always open to cooperation and wholesale orders! A large order not only allows you to save on shipping costs, but also get a discount and ensure you have the products you need in reserve—especially useful for wedding photographers.
Our discount system is as follows:
- 10% off when buying 10 pieces or more
- 20% off when buying 20 pieces or more

In our design editor, we provide a black color option for convenience, but don’t worry - your engraving will appear just like the sample photo on our website. For acrylic boxes, the engraving will be white, as shown. If you upload your own design, make sure it’s high-resolution and clear for the best engraving results. When adding text, avoid using fonts that are too small, as this could affect the engraving quality.
While we securely package every order, damage during delivery is rare but possible. If your box arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us. We will arrange for a replacement box to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Yes, we offer custom boxes based on your specifications, starting from a minimum order of 10 boxes. These can be made from the same materials we use for our regular products but tailored to your requested dimensions and design preferences. To get started, simply email us at service@nzhandicraft.com with your preferences, and our team will follow up to discuss and finalize all the details.
Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders with unique personalization for each box. Simply provide the details for each design, and our team will ensure every box is crafted to your specifications.
Our USB flash drives are USB 3.0, ensuring fast and reliable data transfer. They are perfect for storing and sharing high-quality photos, videos, and other files. If you have specific questions about capacity or compatibility, feel free to reach out!
First, you need to purchase a personal brass logo stamp. You can order this stamp on its own, and we’ll store it in our NZHANDICRAFT studio for all your future leather orders.
If you also want your logo on a current order, simply add both the Custom Brass Logo Stamp and any leather box / leather product with the hot stamping option to your cart.
After checkout, email your logo and order number to service@nzhandicraft.com (AI, PDF, SVG or high-res PNG), and we’ll use your stamp for this and all future leather orders.
