Once we receive your order, our team immediately starts the personalization process. We take great care in customizing your product to ensure it meets your expectations. The preparation for shipment typically takes 1-3 business days, during which we engrave, assemble, and carefully package your order for safe delivery. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Yes, we are always open to cooperation and wholesale orders! A large order not only allows you to save on shipping costs, but also get a discount and ensure you have the products you need in reserve—especially useful for wedding photographers.

In our design editor, we provide a black color option for convenience, but don’t worry - your engraving will appear just like the sample photo on our website. For acrylic boxes, the engraving will be white, as shown. If you upload your own design, make sure it’s high-resolution and clear for the best engraving results. When adding text, avoid using fonts that are too small, as this could affect the engraving quality.
While we securely package every order, damage during delivery is rare but possible. If your box arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us. We will arrange for a replacement box to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Yes, we offer custom boxes based on your specifications, starting from a minimum order of 10 boxes. These can be made from the same materials we use for our regular products but tailored to your requested dimensions and design preferences.
