I only ordered 2 to see how they look and feel and was stunned with amazement when I opened the box and saw the high quality and talent that was put into making these!! I ordered and got charged for engraving for both box and usb and only got engraving for the box. I feel like if there was something uploaded for the box, then it'd be the same for the usb. And if you noticed that there was nothing uploaded for the usb then why not reach out to clarify or refund that charge?
